Originally known as Erica Morris, Bluue Rose is a culinary creative based in Indianapolis, Indiana, whose cooking is as soulful as her story. Her love for food was kindled in childhood, watching her grandmother and mother gather family and friends around tables overflowing with delicious meals at cookouts and holiday celebrations. That early passion led her to serve as a culinary specialist in the Army National Guard, where she honed her craft cooking for fellow soldiers both on and off the battlefield. Today, Bluue Rose brings that same warmth, skill, and dedication to every plate she creates. Her mission is simple: to make people feel connected, comforted, and completely satisfied through unforgettable food experiences that stir the senses and feed the soul.
